Ben Braund AKA Braund Reynolds has enjoyed national chart success with the highly anticipated ‘Rocket’ on Virgin Records tipped by Music Week, Mixmag, Thomas Bangalter (Daft Punk), Fatboy Slim and many industry players. He became one of the globe’s brightest new EDM faces. BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong made ‘Rocket’ his Essential Tune of the Month and it hit the buzz charts at No. 1 with a bullet. The whirlwind attention from gigs, DJ sets and demos has seen him officially remix Eric Clapton to Luciana to The Young Punx for record labels like Universal, Eye Industries and EMI. Another career highlight was the invite to play at Johnny Depp’s club; The Viper Rooms in Los Angeles.
He has also composed music for BBC, Channel 4, VH1 & Sony Playstation and produced for the Stereo MCs & The Hoxton Whores. Will Ferrel even chose his material for his 2009 Hollywood comedy movie ‘The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard’.
He has appeared and continues to feature on MTV, BBC Radio 1 and Channel 4 as well as thousands of TV and radio channels worldwide. As far as EDM clubs are concerned they’re aren’t many DJ booths left. Ben has ripped up Africa, Russia, USA, Europe, India and of course the UK at Fabric, Miss Moneypenny’s, Godskitchen and The Arches amongst many, many others!
Having DJ’d for over 10 years now, DAN BOOTH has a real passion for good music and tries not to be confined to a particular genre. As such he loves playing for all sorts of crowds and enjoys spinning many styles, including House, Breaks, Electro, Progressive, Techno, Trance, Hard House… and Chillout!
Dan has played at the Godskitchen vs Goodgreef “From Russia With Love – The Red Revolution” Event held at the Manchester Evening News Arena, attended by over 5000 clubbers. DJs playing at this event included Paul Van Dyke, Marco V, Judge Jules, Fergie, Eddie Halliwell and Lisa Lashes.
Dan has also played with Andy Norman of the world famous Hed Kandi label, and the up-and-coming Radio 1 residents The Trophy Twins. He has featured on live radio broadcasts on Galaxy 102 Manchester and Silk FM.
He also DJ’s around India and has played for Submerge (www.submerge.in) alongside Nikhil Chinapa (MTV), DJ Pearl and DJ Tuhin. In 2007 and 2008, he performed at both Sunburn Festivals, India’s largest dance music events to date, alongside Axwell, John ‘00′ Fleming, Above & Beyond, Carl Cox, The Shapeshifters and GMS, to name but a few. Dan is also currently a resident at the weekly “Silent Noise” party which takes place weekly in Palolem, South Goa. Silent Noise is the first ever headphone party to happen in Goa, and possibly India as a whole.
